Natasha is an author, speaker, and Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) and Psychotherapist (RP) who lives in Toronto with her family, raising magically adorable sons.

Natasha has a Master’s degree in Social Work and has specialized training in various neuroscience modalities (IFS, EMDR, somatic-relational). Natasha has worked with various populations at a large mental health hospital in Canada for over 10 years and was well trained in popular modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and many other forms of talk therapy. Over time, she became impatient with how little movement her clients were making, and it seemed that the vast hospital resources were going to treating symptoms, rather than finding the cause.

It was only after her own challenges with anxiety, anger, and restlessness (and divorce) that she found a new path of healing – one that led to true transformation. She trusted her intuition and only worked with therapists and guides who had walked the walk and were well-credentialed.

She outlines her healing journey in her best-selling book “Talk Therapy Isn’t Enough” – including her naivety about psychedelic work and riding her bicycle to a magic mushroom journey.

Natasha’s career is devoted to supporting those who are ready to move through and out of their current circumstances and into more dynamic and vibrant lives. She is specifically drawn to supporting those who walk the most challenging paths.

Sonia Poropat has a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology, is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), and has a degree in Microbiology from the University of Guelph. She lives in Toronto with her family and three amazing kiddos.

Sonia didn’t come to healing and personal growth work like many of us do, though crisis. Instead, despite feeling content for over 25 years in a career as a microbiologist, something shifted internally for her that she couldn’t quite put a finger on - so she followed the impulse and led with curiosity and unbeknownst to her, she would be led to a deep dive into the fascinating world of neurobiology of the human psyche and consciousness.

Sonia gifts us with her in-depth understanding and enthusiasm of how the many different systems that exist in the body interact and flow together, restoring them to homeostasis and harmony. Her expertise in multiple neuroscience modalities (EMDR, IFS, DBR, Relational-Somatic Therapy) and background in microbiology lends itself to effective integration for psychedelic medicine journey work where she was trained at the Centre for Medicinal Mindfulness in Boulder, Colorado, and a Level III in Reiki, trained by Reiki Master, Dany Lyne.
